This policy explains how TangguhPria (tangguhpria.id) handles personal data submitted through this website. The site is operated from Jl. Pettarani No. 9, Rappocini, Makassar, 90222, Indonesia.

We read and publish comparison material on natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and daily-use formats for healthy lifestyle products. The policy below covers the whole site — every guide, comparison table and reading article — and it applies whether you only read or also write to us. It describes what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

Data we collect

We keep the list short on purpose. Two kinds of information reach us: what you type into our contact form, and what the server records automatically while you read.

  • Name and email address

Sent voluntarily when you write to us. We use the name to address the reply and the email address to send it.

  • Content of your message

Whatever you choose to include — a question about an article, a correction, a product availability note, or a request for coverage of a formula we have not compared yet.

  • Technical log data

Recorded automatically by the server: IP address, browser type and version, the pages you open, and the time of the visit. This is standard web-server data, not a profile of you as a person.

  • Cookies and local storage

Small files placed in your browser to keep pages loading quickly and to count visits in aggregate. The Cookie Policy describes them in full, including how to switch them off.

Why we collect it

Every field we ask for has a job attached. If a purpose disappears, the data that served it goes with it.

Answering your message
Contact form details are used to reply to you and to follow up on corrections, missing information or requests to cover a specific formula in our comparison pages.
Keeping the site secure
Log data lets us spot abusive traffic, broken pages and attempts to interfere with the server. It is the same reason any web host keeps access records.
Understanding what gets read
Aggregate page counts tell us which guides on men's vitamin formulas, energy and endurance formulas, and ingredients are actually useful, so we know where to spend our writing time next.
Keeping records straight
When you report a factual error, we keep the exchange long enough to verify the correction and update the page. Nothing more is kept than that.

Legal basis for processing

Indonesian data protection rules ask us to name the reason we are allowed to hold each piece of information. We rely on two.

Consent

When you send us a message

By submitting the contact form you agree that we may use your details to reply. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to [email protected], and we will stop the correspondence.

Legitimate interest

When we keep the site running

Security monitoring and basic, aggregated readership counts fall under our legitimate interest in operating a working website. This basis never extends to marketing lists, and we do not build one.

Data retention

We keep things for as long as they are doing a job, and then let them go.

  • Contact messages

Retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, then removed from the mailbox.

  • Server logs

Held for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted or anonymized so they no longer identify a visitor.

  • Correction threads

Kept while a fix is being checked against our sources, then trimmed to the factual note that went into the article.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data, and we do not trade it for access to anything. Two situations can put your information in front of somebody else.

  • Hosting and site maintenance

Our hosting provider stores the site and its server logs on our behalf. They see the data only to the extent needed to keep the site online and backed up, and they are bound to use it for nothing else.

  • Where the law requires it

If a competent authority in Indonesia issues a lawful request for records we hold, we will provide what is asked and no more. Where we are allowed to tell you, we will.

Beyond those two cases, nothing leaves our desk. We do not run advertising networks on this site, so there is no third-party tracker building a profile of your reading.

Your rights

You do not have to explain yourself to us before asking for something. These are the requests we handle as a matter of routine.

  • Access

Ask what we hold about you and we will describe it, along with where it came from.

  • Correction

Tell us what is wrong — a misspelled name, an outdated address — and we will fix it in our records.

  • Deletion

Ask us to erase a message thread or your contact details and we will remove them, unless a legal duty requires us to keep the record.

  • Objection

If you would rather we did not keep using your details under legitimate interest, say so and we will review the request.

Requests go to [email protected], and we reply within a reasonable period.

Include enough detail for us to find the record — usually the email address you wrote from and roughly when. If you want a copy of something we hold, say so in the same message and we will send it back the same way.

There is no charge for a routine request. We may ask you to confirm the address you wrote from, so that we are not handing your details to somebody else.

Cookies

The site uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. They keep pages loading quickly and count visits without identifying anyone. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and blocking them will not stop you reading any comparison or guide on the site.

Clearing cookies removes whatever is stored on your device. It does not delete a message you have already sent us, so if you also want that removed, send a separate deletion request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we handle data changes — a new hosting arrangement, a different contact route, or a shift in what we record. When that happens, the revised text replaces this page and the scope description at the top of each section is adjusted to match.

Material changes are worth knowing about, so we will keep the difference plain rather than burying it in new wording. If a change affects what we do with data you have already sent us, we will say so directly on this page rather than expecting you to compare versions.

Questions about this policy can be directed to [email protected] or +62 411 431 536. Our office is at Jl. Pettarani No. 9, Rappocini, Makassar, 90222, Indonesia, and we answer Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
